Krystal Cooper is a vfx/animation professional at Rhythm & Hues. Her goals as membership chair include developing the membership base through retention, outreach programs, and networking. She has worked in production at Sabella Dern Animation and GAIN/MTV New Media.

Prior to becoming involved in the vfx/animation community she was involved in Computational Research at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Army High Performance Computing Research Center (AHPCRC). As a volunteer she involved in several organizations dedicated to increasing awareness about arts,science and technology to community.
She holds active memberships in the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Women in Animation, ASIFA, and NAMIC.
