Howard Neely is a Research Project Manager in the Information and
Systems Sciences Laboratory at HRL Laboratories, and is currently the
Treasurer of LA ACM SIGGRAPH. Mr. Neely is working and committed to
updating the financial operations of the chapter, including web-based
membership management and payment by credit card. Mr. Neely received a
MS degree from USC and a BS degree from Michigan State University, both
in electrical engineering. Mr. Neely has been a member of the ACM and
ACM SIGGRAPH since 1989, a member of the LA ACM SIGGRAPH since 1995,
and Treasurer of the chapter since 2004.
